Non-Marking Leveling Feet Encapsulated Washer

Case Study: Keeping Up with Demand
Custom Rubber Corp. was awarded this business when the customer's original supplier couldn't keep up with demand. Within a week or two, Custom Rubber had identified and procured material, modified the molds to fit our equipment, and started production. RESPONSIVENESS ~ FROM DESIGN TO DELIVERY in action.

Product Detail
The part is made with a standard washer loaded into the mold and the rubber is molded completely around the washer. During a second step, the customer inserts a bolt and attaches the cap to the rubber foot using a spot welder on the bolt. The molded in washer insures the rubber will last for years.

The leveling feet come in two colors—a black and a gray—for different aesthetics and applications. Both materials are non-marking to insure the end-user's floor is not damaged. The material is specially formulated to absorb some vibration and withstand years of service.
