Custom Rubber Corp. has a long-time partnership wtih one of the leading companies supplying Made In the USA rubber bumpers and rollers for material handling applications. The complete line of rubber rollers and bumpers molded by Custom Rubber Corp. includes everything from 1"diameter to 4" diameter and varying thicknesses. The rubber molded rollers also come in two different materials;
- White Nitrile rubber that is resistant to oils and gases, and also is non-marking - critical for conveying applicance white goods or paint lines with solvents.
- Black Neoprene rubber that is excellent for all-purpose applications with outstanding abrasion resistance.
In addition to two material choices, the entire product line is molded in five different durometers (hardnesses) of rubber; 20, 35, 45, 60, and 80 durometer (Shore A scale). The wide range of harndesses insures that there is a roller ideal for every application.
Every roller is molded with a metal ID insert that is ready to accept any number of different bearings, depending on the mounting required.
