The maker of leg levelers and gliding feet was having trouble with on-time deliveries of their rubber-encapsulated metal part. Within three weeks of receiving the molds, Custom Rubber Corp. had refurbished them, repairing cavity damage created by the former supplier, sourced new black and gray rubber material that meets the specification, and was shipping completed parts.
Small part, even smaller amount of time
The supplier of components to an electronics control company had a decade-old arrangement with another rubber company for a tiny, critical, rubber part. When that other rubber company abruptly went out of business, the manufacturer needed a specialist to take over the making of the tiny part—200 of them from a 6" x 6" mold. Within a matter of days, Custom Rubber Corp. was making deliveries of their tiny custom rubber bumper.
