Another example of Responsiveness ~ From Design to Delivery. The customer came to Custom Rubber Corp. because they were having field failures with a newly launched cordless tool set. The batteries were exposed and getting very hot to the touch.
Custom Rubber Corp. designed, built a mold, and produced parts is less than 3 and a half weeks in order to provide the customer a stop-gap solution to their problem. The rubber material used is an excellent thermal insulator and we also included the engraved voltage of the battery into the cover.
