The Quality Coordinator is the epicenter of our Quality efforts, working with all other departments and with customers. We have Five key areas of responsibility and clearly defined short-term (3-12 months) objectives for each of those areas.

  • Create and maintain Work Instructions (WI) and Job Sequence Time Studies (JSTS).
  • Take and organized Defect Photos.
  • Document and coordinate CRC's response to Customer complaints (CARs).
  • Manage and update ISO9001 Quality Management System.
  • Assist with new jobs and the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
