Bottling Line Roller
What looks like a simple part can be complicated. When Custom Rubber Corp.
tool over this business, the information from previous manufacturing techniques
were not available - the previous supplier had gone out of business. Custom
Rubber Corp., together with the customer, determined the best rubber material
for the application—abrasion resistant and excellent vibration dampening
characteristics—and then coupled this with the right adhesive for the
metal sleeve.
This process took less than two weeks, and the change in suppliers resulted
in no interruption of business.
