Rubber Exhaust Seal Assembly with Nylon Insert
A high temperature glass-filled nylon insert is used in the structure of this exhaust seal.
The insert is painted with a special adhesive, specifically designed for
the EPDM material, that allows the rubber to bond to the nylon. The rubber coats the entire surface shown in the photo,
including the raised nubs, while leaving the bolt holes free of material for
easy assembly.
