Custom Rubber Corp. took over existing tooling when our customer couldn't get the consistent quality and reliable delivery that they required. As a manufacture of portable power management equipment, the customer has a family of parts that are a distinct yellow color, and must be cosmetically perfect in order to maintain and grow their brand image. Custom Rubber Corp. was up to the task and has been satisfying this customer for years. (Continued below.)

This component is the main body for a vapor proof hand lamp. The picture shows the plastic insert that is molded into the body and bonded using a heat-activated adhesive. The proprietary vinyl-nitrile blend is very non-conductive, oil resistant, and handles impact with no problems.
