Silicone Medical Instrument Handle

Custom Rubber has completed a mold for another pencil-grip silicone rubber handle. This part joins a growing family of surgical handles. These handles offer the soft touch of silicone rubber that is securely bonded to the precision-machined aluminum sleeve. The silicone rubber cover wraps around the ends of the sleeve and is bonded in such a way to significantly reduce the likelihood of contamination where the two materials meet. (Continued below.)

The silicone rubber used matches an established Pantone and is heat resistant to last through innumerable autoclave sterilization cycles.
