Custom Molded Silicone Medical Instrument Handle

In a new addition to the expanding family of surgical handles, Custom Rubber has finished a mold for another pencil-grip silicone rubber handle. These new handles have a soft touch, secure grip silicone rubber cover which is wrapped around the edges of the precision-machined aluminum sleeve. The bonding process used in joining the two materials not only securely bonds the silicone to the aluminum, but is also specifically designed to nearly eliminate the potential of contamination at the point where the two materials meet. The silicone rubber utilized in the molding is matched to an established Pantone. It is also heat resistant and is engineered to withstand the countless autoclave sterilization cycles to which it would be exposed in the medical field.
