Wastewater Treatment Diaphragm

Custom Rubber has been working with a waste water treatment company to develop a superior rubber membrane for wastewater pond aeration. The latest development has been a 12" diameter diaphragm to satisfy some foreign markets. (Continued below.)

In addition to the new tool to make the larger diaphragm, Custom Rubber has been working in conjuction with our customer on developing a superior material that will have the maximum productive life. Through experiments with anti-oxidant additives, special coatings, and different rubber cure packages, Custom Rubber has been able to develop and consistently deliver the highest-quality rubber membrane that our customer has received from any previous supplier.
