One of our customers, who is a supplier of plugs, came to Custom Rubber Corp. in need of a manufacturer to produce a line of industrial rubber plugs that would withstand all types of hazardous and aggressive fluids, including aircraft fuel, super-heated oil, and cleaning solvents. In conjunction with our raw material partners, Custom Rubber Corp. has engineered rubber products and developed materials to create a complete industrial rubber plug line that has met the demands of every application to date. Custom Rubber Corp. has designed various types of rubber to ensure that each plug can withstand abrasive conditions and has engineered a process to manufacture leak-proof plugs. After the rubber plug is molded, a threaded brass compression and metal washers are added. While the bolt is being tightened, the plug body expands to guarantee that there will not be any leaks..
