Faster service and higher-quality rubber part comes from switch to Custom
Rubber Corp.
The maker of leg levelers and gliding feet was having trouble with
on-time deliveries of their rubber-encapsulated metal part. Within three
weeks of receiving the molds, Custom Rubber Corp. had refurbished them,
repairing cavity damage created by the former supplier, sourced new black
and gray rubber material that meets the specification, and was shipping completed
parts.

control company had a decade-old arrangement with another rubber company
for a tiny, critical, rubber part. When that other rubber company abruptly
went out of business, the manufacturer needed a specialist to take over the
making of the tiny part—200
