Accoustic Cover Seal Ring

Manufactured with a high quality EPDM rubber material that is both flexible enough for installation but stiff enough to stay in place, these rubber grommets play an integral role in sound dampening within the engine compartment. The severe undercut on these rubber grommets required a robust tool design to ensure that the part integrity remained after de-molding. Custom Rubber Corp.'s engineering of the tool also guaranteed that it will outlast the production requirements. (Continued below.)
