This molded rubber cover was custom manufactured for a company at the leading edge of commercializing technology
to bring broadband communications into buildings using existing copper power
lines to carry signals. Their solutions include bridges to networks in multi-dwelling

The coupling devices on the transmitters and transceivers needed a rubber
covering to protect the components from dirt, grime, oils, and other contaminates
that are either overhead or underground. The rubber material engineered by Custom Rubber
Corp. complies with UL 94 VO flammability specifications.
This product is designed for apartment complexes and other multi-unit housing.
Custom Rubber Corp. assisted in the design that encapsulates two special magnetic
cores and a closing strap - all in one piece. The ease of installation and
elimination of extra securing straps makes this product functional, durable,
and effective.
