One customer who was attempting to perfect fiber optic cable conduit joints was able to utilize our expertise in seal design to finish their product. In another instance, Custom Rubber Corp. was asked to prototype rubber vibration-control supports for fiber optic cables; these prototypes were successful enough that we are now molding and producing the supports. Custom Rubber Corp.'s expertise in developing products has also helped to solve various sealing and protection issues within one customer's line of communication equipment designed for hazardous environments. Our customers are constantly developing new products involving rubber components and we have been helping with prototypes and design suggestions to ensure that each product is perfect as possible.
