Rapid Molded Rubber Seal for BPL Application

Our BPL partner contacted us in need of a swift solution to a system problem that they had encountered. In less than two weeks, Custom Rubber Corp. had solved their issue, delivering a one cavity tool as well as the product, which was molded from a specialty hypalon rubber compound that met their sealing specifications. At the same time that the mold was being constructed, Custom Rubber Corp. was busy engineering potential rubber compounds. In total, over 10 different sample materials were submitted in order to find the one that had just the right characteristics and response to the electrically charged environment and thus be used in the final product.
