Original Broadband Over Power Lines
The first product for broadband over power lines (BPL) involved designing
a rubber lining that could absorb the differing expansion and contraction rates of the insulating covering
and the magnetic material without interfering with the unit's electronic functions. The specially formulated
rubber compound is engineered to prevent interference while still providing enough thickness and cushioning rubber to absorb the varying gap distance between

By collaborating with some of our strategic partners, Custom Rubber Corp. was able to identify the right level of conductivity and compress/expansion and then engineer a rubber material that met these specifications. Thanks to the success of this first product,
