Rectangular Molded Rubber Seal

When a leading advanced energy technology company was in need of a rubber seal to provide consistent protection for the solar panel equipment inside an electrical enclosure, they turned to Custom Rubber Corp. Although it appears to be a simple rectangular gasket, Custom Rubber Corp. went through an extensive process to determine the cross-section design and the right material for the rubber molding for this product. Most importantly, the rectangular rubber gasket needed to be specially designed and molded to ensure that maximum surface contact was maintained and permeability was reduced, all of which produced a gasket that seals the enclosure completely and effectively protects the equipment inside.
