Custom Molded Eye Shield for Government

When the government ordered some replacement rubber eye shields from one of their military contractors, the contractor discovered the original supplier was no longer in business. In need of a manufacturer who could comply all the government's regulations and also provide quick turn-around on both the tooling and delivery, the contractor turned to Custom Rubber Corp. for assistance in filling the order. Soon after receiving the blueprint for the part, Custom Rubber Corp. discovered that the plans were outdated and needed to be modified before production could begin. In a strategic partnership with our raw material partner, Custom Rubber Corp. converted the outdated material specification into its up-to-date, modern equivalent. When the modification was complete, Custom Rubber Corp. included with the first article inspection a complete cross-referenced document that outlined the conversion from the old specification to the new product.
