20x36 Silicone Oil Pan Seal
Manufactured for the large truck industry, this oil pan seal has a unique
mold design that allows for a significant undercut that follows the contour
of the seal. The seal is rectangular in shape, but one end of it arcs up in
the third dimension to go around the drive shaft—all in one piece. (Continued below.)

The part is injection molded on one of Custom Rubber Corp.'s
injection molding machines that is equiped to run Silicone Rubber. Injection
molding allows for a finished part to come off the machine, with very little
additional trimming required and also insures that the whole part fills with
material—almost impossible for compression molding given the large undercuts.
