Protective Molded Rubber Cover for Monitoring System

The protective rubber cover pictured below is manufactured by Custom Rubber Corp. at the request of a leading company in the electric power systems monitoring and metering business. To avoid a need for additional components in either installing or removing the rubber cap, Custom Rubber Corp. integrated into the cover is a grommet that secures the rubber cap in place once it has been installed, but still allows for easy removal. The rubber material used in molding the product is very durable since it meets UL-V94 flammability requirements and is also nearly impervious to ozone. (Continued below.)
