In addition to designing the new tool to make the larger diaphragm, Custom Rubber has been working in conjuction with our customer on developing a superior material that will have the maximum productive life. Through experiments with anti-oxidant additives, special coatings, and different rubber cure packages, Custom Rubber has been able to develop and consistently deliver the highest-quality rubber membrane that our customer has received from any previous supplier.
