This product is yet another example of how Custom Rubber Corp. fulfills its motto of Responsiveness~ From Design to Delivery. Our customer approached us in need of assistance in meeting a looming trade show deadline for a new portable bandsaw product. The product they would be showing required a protective cover to house the end of the rechargeable battery that was to be used in powering the product. Using a sample battery, Custom Rubber Corp. was able to design the cover, build the mold, and deliver the product to the customer in time for the trade show.
The battery voltage is engraved into the rubber cover for the convenience of the ultimate consumer. In addition, Custom Rubber Corp. also supplied the customer with a special adhesive that would securely hold the rubber cover in place over the plastic battery. |
