Molded Rubber Insulator
This is a molded rubber insulator that comes in two different sizes for two
different diameter cables. They are meant to be used as protective rubber covers
for line splices. (Continued below.)

Molded with a non-conductive rubber, these insulators are
used with 2000 volt power lines. When power lines are spliced, a molded rubber
insulator is slid over the power lines. The molded rubber insulator is then
secured on the ends, protecting the power line splice.
