The rubber pocket is the critical part of a high-powered balloon launcher/sling shot with three key features:1) The contoured rubber pocket is the perfect size and shape for a water balloon.
2) The "V-shaped" hook on the bottom is large enough for a few fingers to make maximum pull back easy.
3) The contoured geometry on the two fingers are designed to fit snuggly inside the rubber stretch tubing that connects the rubber pouch to the wrist brace.
