Custom Molded Rubber Pet Toys

A product inventor approached Custom Rubber Corp. with the idea of developing a new, unique dog toy that could keep dogs occupied for hours. He wanted to incorporate holes into the basic design of a sturdy rubber chew toy, holes which would be just the right size for doggie treats . (Continued below.)

Together with the founder, Custom Rubber Corp. designed and built the rubber molds with some unique knockouts to keep productivity up. Then, in collaboration with one of our raw materials partners, Custom Rubber Corp. used 100% FDA approved ingredients to develop rubber compounds in vibrant colors for use in molding the toys. The final rubber compound was engineered using high quanitites of natural rubber, which served to naturally increase the toughness of the rubber toy and also to extend its life.

This product line is manufactured specifically for the company that owns the tooling and is not for sale to individuals or distributors.
