Protective Rubber Cover for Cordless Bandsaw Battery

This battery cover is a perfect example of Custom Rubber Corp.'s Responsiveness~ From Design to Delivery. Our customer approached us with a looming trade show deadline for a new portable bandsaw product. However, the product still required a protective cover over the end of the rechargeable battery that was used to power the product. Custom Rubber Corp. designed the cover using a sample battery, built the mold, and delivered the rubber cover in time for the trade show.
The rubber protective cover includes an engraving that shows the battery voltage. Custom Rubber Corp. also supplied the customer with a special adhesive that was used to secure the rubber cover to the plastic battery. |
