Material Handling
One of our customers is a supplier of various sized rubber rollers and rubber
bumpers for all kinds of applications. The entire product line is manufactured
in four different durometers or hardnesses, an abrasion-resistant black, and
a non-marking white. (Continued below.)

Custom Rubber Corp. has years of experience, along with our suppliers, in
producing consistent, color-fast white parts all the way from a 20 durometer
(almost sponge-like) and an 80 durometer.
In all cases, these rubber bumpers
and rubber rollers are bonded to a metal insert with an adhesive that is specific
to the color and durometer of the rubber; either a sleeve capable of accepting
a wide range of bearings, or a threaded insert for the bumpers, or a steel
reinforcing plate for some of the square bumpers.
