Bumper Edge Guard

This extruded rubber bumper profile can be cut any of the multiple lengths our customer requires. The profile is designed specifically for our customer's application and is ultimately secured to the frame of a device using a specially formulated adhesive. (Continued below.)

There are some instances where adhesive is an effective attachment mechanism, but it depends on the environment the rubber bumper will be used in. Another alternative, not used on this part, is pressure-sensative-adhesive (PSA) which can be applied to the rubber bumper prior to shipment. The customer then removes the backing tape and exposes the adhesive just prior to installation.
