Rubber Bushings/Rubber Vibration Isolators

These rubber bushings are used for vibration isolation, an application Custom Rubber Corp. has helped customers from various industries with. When parts were needed in a hurry, this customer came to Custom Rubber Corp. for a quick turnaround on a quality rubber part. Pictured here are the two rubber bushings Custom Rubber Corp. was able to manufacture for the customer within weeks of the purchase order--during the Christmas Holidays. (Continued below.)

The customer had worked with a rubber compounder to develop a specially formulated rubber material that Custom Rubber Corp. had not run before. Drawing on experience gained from working on similar designs, Custom Rubber Corp. was able to anticipate what would be needed during the rubber molding process. Custom Rubber Corp. worked with the customer and the rubber compounder, successfully delivering the rubber bushings the customer wanted, in the time frame the customer needed.
