Easy to Install Rubber Bumper Pad

This rubber bumper pad is designed to capitalize on the protective chracteristics of two primary features. First, the grooved surface takes advantage of rubber's natural cushioning properties. The elimination of material between the grooves gives the rubber more room to flex and absorb the contact, resulting in the creation of a better rubber bumper. (Continued below.)

Second, in order to allow easy bolting of the rubber bumper pad to the metal plate, the rubber bumper has countersunk reinforced holes. This design works best if a large fender washer can be used to distribute the force on the rubber. If this is not an option, Custom Rubber Corp. can encapsulate a fender washer in the rubber bumper in order to ensure the best foce distribution, which guarantees the best protection.
