Exhaust Seal Assembly with Nylon Insert

The base for this exhuast seal is a high temperature glass-filled nylon insert. The insert is covered by a special adhesive solution that was specifically designed to adhere to the insert's rubber cover, which is made of durable EPDM material. This protective rubber cover is specially formulated to insure long life in the aggressive environment near the exhaust system. Although the rubber coats the entire surface of the insert (shown in the photo), the bolt holes in the raised nubs are left free of material for easy assembly. (Continued below.)
