Automotive Bumper - Custom Mold Upgrade

In need of assistance in achieving capacity, a local automotive supplier turned to Custom Rubber Corp. for help. After agreeing to run a very large 38"x38" mold, Custom Rubber Corp. did even more for the company than simply keep up with production. At the same time that it was manufacturing bumpers on the large injection mold, Custom Rubber Corp. utilized its engineering and design experience to build a new smaller rubber injection mold. Having completed the smaller injection mold, Custom Rubber Corp. was able to capitalize on the mold's increased productivity and offer a price reduction as well as better quality parts with less flash and a lower defect rate.
