Automotive Bumper - Mold Upgrade

When an automotive supplier turned to Custom Rubber for assistance with capacity, Custom Rubber stepped to the plate. Agreeing to run a very large 38"x38" mold, Custom Rubber did what it took to keep up with production demand while at the same time building a new smaller injection mold. (Continued below.)

Once the injection mold was completed, Custom Rubber was able to offer a price reduction (due to the increased productivity of the injection mold) and better quality parts with less flash and a lower defect rate.
