Height Adjust Diaphragm
This thin rubber diaphragm is assembled inside the mechanism pictured. The
rubber diaphragm gave some resistance to the push button on the top, and also
acted as a seal to keep dust out of the mechanism. The device adjusts the height
of the belt and brushes on a vacuum cleaner. (Continued below.)
