Cost Effective Rubber Molding
A waste water treatment company once again came to Custom Rubber Corp. to help further develop their line of molded rubber diaphragms. Pictured below is a 9" diameter, low cost, yet still effective, version of the customer's molded rubber diaphragm.
In addition to the new tool to make the simple, flat aeration disk, Custom Rubber has been working in conjuction with our customer on developing a superior material that will have the maximum productive life. Through experiments with anti-oxidant additives, special coatings, and different rubber cure packages, Custom Rubber has been able to develop and consistently deliver the highest-quality rubber membrane that our customer has received from any previous supplier.
