Rubber Molded Handles for Cookware

RESPONSIVENESS ~ FROM DESIGN TO DELIVERY™

  • Rubber Molded Handles for Cookware Ref: 101400
Custom Rubber Corp. can mold rubber handles any number of different ways.  This picture of molded rubber handles for cookware shows three different types:
    1. The teapot handle is an example of a rubber overmold with a polished steel curved rod substrate.  The rod is painted with a heat-activated adhesive prior to molding and the bond between the two materials is permanent.
    2. The wok handle is an example of a mechanical encapsulation.  The flat steel plate has thru holes machined in it that are filled with rubber during molding.  This creates an interlocked single unit made up of the molded rubber and the steel plate.
    3. The long bottom on the bottom with the gripping nubs, is an example of a slip-on handle grip that is able to be removed for easier washing.  It can also be shared between pots.
Custom Rubber Corp. has experience assisting customers with rubber handle grip design and we have the expertise to determine the best, most cost effective solution for your handle grip.

The molded rubber parts pictured are not in stock or for sale. These are examples of custom-manufactured products that illustrate Custom Rubber Corp.'s capabilities. Contact us with information on your needs.
