The part is made with a standard washer loaded into the mold and transferring the rubber into the mold, completely encapsulating the metal washer. No need for adhesive, which reduces cost. During a second step, the customer inserts the bolt and attaches the top cap to the rubber foot using a spot welder on the bolt. The molded in washer insure the rubber will last for years.
The leveling feet come in two colors—a black and a light brown—for different aesthetics and applications. Both materials are non-marking to insure the end-user's floor is not damaged. The material is specially formulated to absorb some vibration and withstand years of service.
